Cuddle Bambi – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love everything you buy from Cuddle Bambi. If you are not satisfied, here are our return guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused
- Unwashed and in original packaging
- Tags are still attached
- The product is defective or wrong
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Pacifiers
- Feeding items
- Diapers
- Underwear
- Grooming products
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos or video evidence
We will arrange an exchange or refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 15 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
